Established Ohkusa Readycon Karuizawa Co., Ltd.
(a ready mixed concrete plant) in Miyota

  • Opened an iron and steel center in Saku
  • Acquired capital in Asahi Industries Co., Ltd.
1973
Established Tateshina macadam plant in Kyowa
1976
Succeeded to the capital from Karuizawa Concreet Co., Ltd.
1981
Acquired capital in Nikko Inc.
1993
Established an iron manufacture factory at Ueda branch
1997
  • Changed the trade name to Ohkusa-Matex Co., Ltd.
  • Opened a large shopping mall “Saku Inter Wave” in Saku

Established Shinano Ready Mixed Concrete Inc. Ueda Ready Mixed Concrete plant, Sumihei Kosan Co., Ltd.’s Sakaki plant, and Takasawa Ready Mixed Concrete’s Maruko plant gave a contract manufacturing of ready mixed concrete to Shinano Ready Mixed Concrete Inc.
2004

Ohkusa Readycon Karuizawa Co., Ltd. gave a contract manufacturing of ready mixed concrete to Shinano Ready Mixed Concrete Inc.
2005




  • Separated the shopping mall “Saku Inter Wave” into a subsidiary “Saku Inter Wave Co., Ltd.”
  • Acquired Chikuma Kosan Industries Co., Ltd. (gravel and macadam manufacturing company in Komoro) as a subsidiary
  • Karuizawa Concrete Co.,Ltd. was merged into Ohkusa Readycon Karuizawa Co.,Ltd. ,and established Saku manufacturing olant for secondly concrete products.
2006
Acquired Tomikuraya Co., Ltd. (building material trading company in Nagano) as a subsidiary
